CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. That lets us fill the time slot so we can protect our stylists’ income. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment (and no-shows) will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service, using the card on file.
